Controllers and drives

The electronic heart of the system, and the most common obsolescence problem on older equipment.

Door equipment

Operators, protection devices, and hardware; the highest-wear components in daily service.

Fixtures and signals

Buttons, indicators, and communication devices, including accessibility-driven updates.

Cab interiors

Finishes, lighting, and handrails, often coordinated with a building renovation.

Machines and hydraulics

Hoist machines, pumps, and valves where age or condition justifies replacement.

Code-driven items

Updates required or triggered when other modernization work is performed.

Building coordination

The project is mechanical. The disruption is human.

Modernization means shutdowns, and shutdowns mean tenants, residents, and staff who need to know what's happening. Sequencing keeps as much of the group in service as the building allows, and the communication plan is part of the project plan, not an afterthought.

What you won't find here generic cost ranges, guaranteed durations, or promised efficiency gains. Real numbers come from an assessment of your equipment, and pretending otherwise would tell you more about the marketing than the company.
