Pricing

What goes into elevator contract pricing.

Many factors go into an elevator contract, the requested scope most of all. Whatever you're asking for, we'll always give you a fair and transparent price for it.

What moves the number

Three things drive elevator service cost.

Cost drivers

Equipment type and age

A two-stop hydraulic and a thirty-story traction group are different machines with different service demands. Older equipment often has more moving parts, which affects pricing.

Usage and building type

A hospital service car works harder than an office elevator with light traffic. Visit frequency and wear scale with duty.

Coverage level

Whether parts and repair labor are included in the agreement or billed separately is the biggest structural driver of the monthly number. Neither model is wrong; they price differently because they carry risk differently.

Agreement structures
