What this site collects

The service request and contact forms collect what you type into them. Property details, equipment details, your name, phone, and email. That is what the forms are for, and we use the information to review and respond to your request.

What this site doesn't do

• No advertising trackers and no sale of your information.
• No marketing list enrollment from a service request; consenting to be contacted about your request is exactly that and nothing more.
• No analytics beyond standard server logs (IP address, page requested, timestamp) used for operating and securing the service.

Retention and access

Service request records are retained as business records of the work. To ask what is held about you or to request correction or deletion, use the contact page.
