These are the standard tables. They apply to everyone except people given their own rates on the roster, and changing a threshold changes every statement in a quarter that is not locked.

These are the product lines people can carry. Each one gets its own tier table, its own columns on the quarter grid, and its own chart on the plan document. Retiring one hides it from the roster and the grid without touching quarters that already used it.

Applications arrive by email to john@ and admin@ with the resume attached.

Anyone with portal access can add someone. Only a superadmin can remove access, and the three founding accounts cannot be removed at all.
